The Shore

The Shore, Harbour Lets is a very spacious room, situated above the 1830 Eatery, that is a little boutique restaurant ideal for brekkie or brunch. The room has a cosy, clean design, a very comfortable bed and great washroom facilities - the shower and the complimentary washing products that are included are fantastic and smell fresh. We stayed there for one night and had everything we needed. There was ample closet space, there is a little microwave outside in the common area, if you need to heat up anything quickly. It felt like a home away from home.

We thought the room overlooked the harbour, it does, but it is across the railway lines and a parking lot. So, not only do you really hear the train going throughout the night, but you always feel it a bit when the walls vibrate. There is also a very bright green light that comes on when you turn off the light, it's for safety I suppose, but it is very bright when you're trying to sleep.

I liked this above airbnb-type accommodation.for a start there is your own key.cosy big enough suiet room.loads TV channels.not needed except for movie to sleep to.right beside railway.i heard 2 trains in 3 days. I liked the informal entry system. Location.cant actually fault it.only 1 was.i could not find an iron until Monday.it was with ironing board.through a door that leads to kepock room.duh. I recommend you take in the detail in rooms.clenliness.comfort.for value I give 9 out of 10 due to value system.its a belter of a room the shore. As we say in Scotland.al be back))

Nothing accept, mabye a little smokers bin attached to the fence.yes smokers are 10%of hotel room occupants.its reccommendable.

Nice clean room with a nice comfy bed. The cafe downstairs was exceptional. The pancakes my wife had were hands down the best she’s ever had. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet night or weekend.

The only downside that didn’t really affect us was the train line right next to the room.

The room was bright and modern. Well equipped for short stay.

Close to my family and location that I wanted, clean and tidy.

We had a bit of a mishap trying to check in, there was no key in the safe for our allocated room, we had to call the manager and he had to come down to open up for us for and turns out someone was already in our room so they must have double booked. he popped us in another room which was abit smaller and right on the train line and it was a cheaper room, awaiting a refund for the difference. There was quite abit of repairs needing done to outside our room and looked like it had mould as towels were placed onto of doors to try and soak up any water.

Everything. Welcome, information, stunningly comfortable, well equipped apartment. Superb views of the River Clyde. Individual thermostats in all rooms so warm and cosy. Large smart TV in lounge. Lovely fresh bed linen and towels. Bathroom toiletries supplied as well as a hairdryer, iron etc.

Nothing to dislike as everything is so lovely. The host had thought of everything. Very small issue - if drying hair in bedroom the chair is very low so it's not possible to see in the mirror. Resolved by sitting on a couple of cushions so no problem.

Location was perfect. Bed was super comfy. Great wee cafe underneath for breakfast. Great price.

Entrance is a bit shabby. Didn’t like the sharing fridge. Noise of train didn’t effect us but noise from other room did.

Clean, tidy, comfy.
