"Tanta apparenza, poca eleganza"

La spa, con un personale molto accogliente e gentile, e la piscina, che nel periodo dove siamo stati era piacevole.

In primis la réception. Ahimè siamo capitati quasi sempre con un receptionist anziano : una persona antipatica, sgradevole, poco incline al dialogo e alle esigenze del cliente. In poche parole tutte le "qualità" che non dovrebbe avere una persona che svolge il suo ruolo. Dopodiché la colazione, con pochissimi prodotti freschi e un caffè pessimo. Avevamo chiesto un coltello per tagliare la frutta e non l'avevano. Per non parlare delle camere (vedere le foto). Insonorizzazione completamente assente. Ci sarebbe tanto da dire ma preferisco fermarmi. Diciamo solo che, in linea generale, abbiamo notato una grande disparità di trattamento tra clienti "normali" e "VIP".

Statig gebouw, prachtige ingericht met mooie tuin. Lekker gegeten. Ontbijt was ook goed.

Ho soggiornato per una notte insieme alla mia compagna per spezzare il viaggio arrivando da bordo con destinazione Bari, comodo, pulito, colazione super fornita, purtroppo non ho usufruito dei servizi ma da quel poco che ho visto era molto promettenti
