The rooms were cosy and beds were comfortable. Quiet location and close to catbells and away from the buzzing Keswick

The rooms don't have television or a fridge just for those who were expecting more.

Such a beautiful location and friendly and really helpful owner . Having a fridge and lounge area for guest use really appreciated as well as all the advice and suggestions for local walks . Loved having fruit and yoghurt options for breakfast as well as a cooked option. Room was straightforward, clean and comfortable and lovely shower gel provided.

The only consideration is that nearest pub ( beautiful field and road walk about 30 mins) isn’t open certain nights which means a drive (tight roads) or some thought given to eating!

この宿を選んだのは、前庭からの素晴らしい眺望写真をクチコミページで見たからです。 期待以上のロケーションでした。 いつまでもこの眺めに浸っていたかったです。 Catbellsの登山基地として、ここ以上の立地はありません。 登山ルートを尋ねると、ホストは作業中だった手を止め、いっしょに建物を出て、Cat bellsへのルートを指し示してくれました。本当に親切な方でした。 部屋はコンパクトで機能的、清潔で、ひとり旅の私も安心して居心地よくすごせました。 朝食は充実していて、フルーツやヨーグルトを自分で量を調節したりおかわりしたりできるのも嬉しかったです。

施設についてはありません。 通じる道が狭く、曲がりくねっているので、注意深い運転が必要です。

What was not to like.!! We've loved every bit of our stay. The location, just surrounded by fields, mountains, animals. Just totally peaceful. The staff. Emily was fantastic. Served us our breakfast with a smile every morning and as much as she works and never stops she never once made you feel unwelcome. The breakfast was brilliant. All freshly cooked and satisfying. The rooms were tidy and comfy. Honestly I highly recommend this place. We will.be returning. Thank you.

The overall feel of the place was so relaxing. The bed was amazing.

The shower did not work very well. Low pressure and difficulty getting a good temperature without scalding.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect distance to walk Cat Bells. The breakfast was superb! Location was excellent. The staff were lovely- helpful, friendly but also left you to your holiday. Would highly recommend.
