I celebrate in the Shangri La New Year's eve. It was beyond my expectations. The staff was so súper friendly and helpfull. The restaurants were fantastic. Can't wait to stay here again. It was a big joy.

Everything was beyond my expectations. I have no critc at all. It was like a paradise.

Shangri-La Jakarta is very kids-friendly and suitable for families. The breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of choices and good quality food. The facilities and service made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

However, traffic around the hotel can be quite heavy, so it’s important to plan travel time properly before going out.
