The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was very dirty. Hair in the shower, cigarette butts on the ground, not even to mention the state of the toilet and sink. Like they didn’t even try to pretend that anyone had cleaned in the last weeks or months. The bedsheet had many holes, and for the pillows there was no cover at all. Also there are openings in the walls from the bedroom as well as the bathroom, like a window without glass but just a metal grid, which made noise and wind and light come in all the time.
