The owner was extremely helpful with my dad as he found it difficult to get in.

The room was clean. Free parking (although you could get blocked in by other guests).

This is was HMO style student accommodation, which I was not expecting Entry was via instructions sent via pdf which worked well, but these included a set of house rules, which were all fine, maybe with the exception of no shoes in the room and no noise after 8pm, but overall these felt a little unwelcoming as a paying guest. Was not en-suite, and only had 2 toilets for all rooms. Bed was not overly comfortable. However, I was most disappointed not to be able to access the laundry area or outside space) shown in the listings images, as I was attending a water sports course and needed to dry clothes and equipment. TV and tea and coffee is all in a shared lounge, nothing at all in the rooms.

There was no heating

Good place for a short city break, small size but clean and well located.
