"Very bad stay"

There is nothing to like

It was a very bad stay.. the rooms are not good as it show..There is no fasciitis.. staffs are not cooperative they are not ready even to help..no hot water availability..totally it was a very bad experience to stay…I’ll never prefer here to stay again and will not recommend anyone to stay..

The hotel was fine but no more than that. Perhaps one should not hope/expect the staff to speak English but I would have hoped they’d try harder to help their guests.
