The location and security.

The house is beautiful aesthetically but facilities need uprading need new utensils in the kitchen like big cups for coffee,more plates,spoons ,forks and knives,new cordless kettle not a wired one as its quite awkward when filling it with water with cord hanging in the sink. Some flat we rented they even leave some coffee ,tea and sugar left for guests but the flat has nothing to offer even a bottle of water.We arrived past 2am and we have nothing to grab from the kitchen apart from salt.😅There was no Hand wash liquid for bathroom sink ,shampoo ,conditioner and Washing liquid for the kitchen.They gave us a tiny bit when we asked anyway. When we arrived there was unusual smell of the apartment and i feel it was bit dusty though they said it was cleaned.My allergy was triggered ,kept sneezing and nose was itchy when i entered the house and same with my senstive children so I requested for an air purifier but they dont have.I asked them to clean the next day and spray it with air fresher. The place was improved after. Need to fix the bath room the soonest. Shower room should have a full enclosure.Water from shower is splashing everywhere as one side facing the bathroom door was not covered so water can leak up to the kitchen if you will not put a towel barrier near the door. Just let you know if you arrived late they have extra charge of €15 and i find it unusual . Otherwise we have a good stay still the proprietor and Youssef was quick to reapond to our needs.

L’appartement est situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec tous les commerces nécessaires pour ses besoins (restaurants, épicerie notamment). Les piscines permettent aux enfants comme aux adultes de se rafraîchir avec une sortie sous le soleil de Marrakech.

Peut-être l’isolation phonique, on entend un peu tout ce qui se passe à l’intérieur du Riad comme dans l’allée. Mais rien de bien méchant, ça donne aussi du charme à l’ambiance !

Great location and very clean. In a gated community so safe and a bit calmer than the medina. . Youssef was very attentive and helped us arrange a car to the airport.

Sofa bed means bedding for sleeping on the sofa, not a pull out bed. It was ok, but not what we expected.

Good location, interesting deco, situated within a riad with security and good amount of cafe/shops, safe at night. Lots of wild cats around.

Weird bathroom as you need to lean under the stairs to get in (probably 4-5 feet high passage, good for hobbits), if you forget about it or going to the toilet in the night in low light, good luck to you, and the toilet seat was broken. The rest was reasonable with bedroom tight but usable, and kitchen with decent space and facilities for a short stay. Seems more like an apartment carved out of extra ground floor space than purposefully built.

Funcional pero mal conservado

Había humedades, varios muebles rotos, la puerta del baño prácticamente rota, olía muy fuerte. Las fundas/cojines de los sofá camas llevaban sin lavarse mucho tiempo, el mando de la tele prácticamente roto...

The property is very peaceful, and we felt very comfortable staying there. The security is good, with CCTV outside the apartment. Youssef is also very kind for accommodating us.

The property was lovely. We had a two bed apartment that had plenty of room. The kitchen had a kettle and plenty of pots and pans etc. The shower was hot with plenty of hot water. The terrace was a highlight with lots of seating both in the sun and shaded. A 20 mins walk into the souks. Youssef was great and couldn’t do enough to help us.

Nos encantó la piscina. Fácil para moverse en coche hasta La Medina y otros sitios de Marrakech. El piso tiene todo lo esencial para una estancia corta en familia. No era ruidoso. Hay restaurantes y supermercado dentro del complejo.
