We liked the nice apartment only 30 minute walk through the Medina to Jamaa el fna and koutoubia. The place was very clean and gave us a very nice authentic riad experience it it located in a Residence with everything you will need like shops, restaurants and salons. The room was very spacious and the lounge was very comfortable. The Host Youssef was very friendly and helped us get to the riad from the airport.

Youssef was exceptionable always attentive to any requests. Very very helpful.

Nothing

On arrival to the gated community it looked really pretty, there is a mosque and shops and places to eat.

Pool shared with while community and closes at 5pm Outside smells of cat urine through long alleys to get to property- stray cats everywhere. Door to bathroom approx 4ft so have to bend forward to get in and then along until able to stand. Shower ran ice cold and by the time it warmed up it overflowed and didn’t drain. Bed had faulty leg sticking out and caused injury on arrival, leaving us to cancel trip the next day. Had to walk in bedroom sideways around the bed - approx 6 inch gap between bed and the rail for clothes. Heard motorbikes the whole night, through to early hours, say 2am and then started again at 5am We checked out and moved elsewhere

I liked the location

I reserved this place for 4 people, but on arrival we were given only one double bed and sofa. The flat was extremely cold and there was no heater. For the amount of money I paid, this was completely unfair. I am very disappointed and would give zero stars if it were possible.

Super propre, calme, confort et pratique pour se garer. Youssef a été très réactif et arrangeant pour l’heure d’arrivée et le Check in, je recommande vivement

Un tout petit peu excentré de la partie plus touristique de la médina, environ 30 min à pied pour arriver au souk. Mais c’est amplement réalisable et cela ne nous a pas dérangé !

Sicurezza

Non c'è chiarezza. La porta del bagno rimaneva aperta, camera piccolina, lavandino in bagno senza acqua calda. La doccia piccola con la cornetta da tenere in mano...e Tante altre piccole cose che messe assieme creano insoddisfazione.
