DKWe had a suite, good bed, good sitting area.
AUThe breakfasts and staff were excellent. Room was clean & well serviced. The location of the hotel was close to the areas I needed. The Maitre'D and secuity were very helpful when I requested a welfare check. I cannot recommed them highly enough for that.
The bed was too soft. Their nightclub is too noisy - music would go until 4am! My room used to smell like as if it was next to the sewer after it was locked up - very unpleasant - but would clear after air con was put on. I submitted a load of clothes for laundry however I received one of my items back, all torn up. Nothing was said to me about it. I queried it with the staff and nobody got back to me. So that's unsatisfactory.
INThe old world charm hotel blended with modern aesthetics. Very homely.
Maybe a health club/gym kind of space can help.
