City centre location, easy access and very clean

The bed was very uncomfortable so we didn’t get a good nights sleep, could do with a better mattress I think

location was great

When we arrived there was no key in the box had to ring up and some one met us with the key. We also had a problem with the heating not working. Had reported it straight away as we had one very cold night as it snowed on the monday. But it never got fixed despit that we where pleased with the apartment.But today on leaveing the lift was not working as we where on the 4th floor we had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs hard going for my self at 71yrs and patner at 78yrs. I rang the lady she said on her way to help in 25 minites but we had to go as we had a train to catch

Location was great and despite being in the city centre it was quiet

An engineer start hammering and drilling right outside my bedroom door at 8am.

It was clean amd central

It was a very noisy place and my partner only slept 3 hours

Location was good.

Everything was nearby

The key box was stuck was jammed in fact

No in house room service round the clock,😬 Bathroom is very congested
