W pełni wyposażona kawalerka na czwartym piętrze nowego budynku z windą. Doskonała lokalizacja - około 15 minut spokojnym spacerem zarówno do starego miasta jak i na główny dworzec autobusowy, skąd kursują autobusy chociażby na lotnisko, czy do klimatycznego miasteczka Nin nieopodal Zadaru. Pomimo położenia w niemal ścisłym centrum Zadaru okolica jest bardzo spokojna. W odległości 5 minut od apartamentu jest piekarnia i centrum handlowe z licznymi sklepami, a w odległości 15 minutowego spaceru markety Lidl i Kaufland. Na miejscu jest wszystko co potrzebne na kilkudniowy pobyt - w pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny, zmywarka, piekarnik, lodówka, pralko-suszarka i bardzo pojemna szafa. Do dyspozycji jest chemia - kapsułki do zmywarki, żel do prania, płyn do naczyń. Mieszkanie wyposażone jest w klimatyzację, która dosłownie ratowała nam życie w upalne czerwcowe dni :) Budynek jest dobrze wygłuszony - właściwie nie dochodzą żadne dźwięki z sąsiednich mieszkań. Ogromny plus za bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe na prywatnym parkingu bezpośrednio przy budynku (wjazd na szlaban). Na plus też self check-in - bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie przed północą :) Sympatyczna właścicielka :) Z całego serca polecam!

Warto pomyśleć o zainstalowaniu sejfu. Przydałby się też serwis klimatyzacji - byliśmy w połowie czerwca i na wtedy zaraz po włączeniu wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach.

Great location with private parking was a plus. Clean comfortable accommodation. Received great recommendations from the host for places to visit and restaurants to go to. All we tried were awesome. Highly recommend the day trip to the lakes and Nin.

Excellent Stay! We had a wonderful time at this apartment. It is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay – a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a clean, spacious bathroom. The location is great, and the host is incredibly welcoming and helpful. We felt right at home and would love to return someday. Highly recommended!
