Clean, spacious and comfortable, well equipped. Clear information for guests in the flat. We liked the welcome pack-ear plugs a good idea!

Would have liked an option of thinner pillow . Noticed some in other bedroom as we stripped the beds before leaving . Didn’t expect second key safe near flat door - would be good to put it in info. Flat number would help near actual flat door .

Spacious, comfortable and very good location. Landlord very attentive and helpful.

For a family / property that sleeps 5-6 not enough sitting area. ‘Living room’ area and kitchen areas needed a deep clean.

The location was great for links to London. Not too far from the rugby stadium. Property its self was cozy clean and everything we needed for our 4 day stay.

Lovely property with big rooms, owners were really lovely and response / communication was excellent. Property was mostly cleaned well and well equipped. Great transport links and local amenities were great.

On road Parking was limited to only 2 hours, location (although great for amenities) was quite noisy.

The bed was extremely comfortable which is always an absolute bonus and the apartment bedrooms were very spacious. The bathroom was functional and it was lovely to have good quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Not sure if I had missed that in the info but it would have saved me carting mine up! The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge and freezer were very spacious to fill with treats! The location itself is on the main road which can be noisy if you're not used to it but with windows closed it is fine and if it is hot and you need the windows open, the hosts kindly provided ear plugs should you need them. The location is amazing for many food shops, bars, coffee shops and restaurants and with a bus stop right outside it was really handy for parkrun! I would really recommend Dara (Turkish coffee shop) turning left along the main road as the owners were super friendly and the food was superb. A great mixture of English and Turkish. The property is 15 minute walk to the station and it is also only a 23 minute walk to the stadium if you are looking for a place to stay for a match!

If I had to improve anything, an additional comfy seat in the living area would be nice although I understand the space is tight. The tv did frustrate us slightly as there is no terrestrial tv. You need apps such as Netflix on your phone to link to the tv to make it work. It wasn't a major issue but may be something worth noting if you are a tv addict!
