Luxury Bungalow in Senawang

The property was in a very poor and unclean condition. The porch and other areas were stained, and there were numerous unwanted and old items cluttering the house. The refrigerator had not been cleaned and emitted a foul odor. The entire house had a musty, unpleasant smell, similar to a dovecote (pigeon loft). Several air conditioning units and bathroom heaters were not functioning. Additionally, the excessive dust throughout the house triggered allergic reactions in some of the guests. When I brought these concerns to the host’s attention, the response was simply to cancel the booking and leave, with a promise of a refund. This response felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially considering we had traveled a long distance and made detailed plans for the weekend. Rather than addressing the issues, we were told to leave, which was neither supportive nor appropriate.
