"Great character apartment"

Quite a stunning property with so many rooms and high ceilings. Very spacious and perfect for a group of 4 friends. Also, owner kept us well informed and allowed us to leave the room one hour later.

Small point but one double bed was a bit creaky and the toilet in the first bathroom wasn’t connected properly to the floor.

"Good, but things to improve"

The place itself was nice, very spacious, and close to a lot of cute restaurants and shops.

The floors were extremely dirty. I have a baby who crawls and her legs and hands were black when crawling. There was also no dish soap. We ended up passing the mop so she could safely crawl around. I'm sure if I had mentioned something the owner would have tried to resolve the issue but it was just more convenient to do it ourselves. The location is also in front of a parking lot that has a lot of homeless people. I did not feel unsafe but they did ask for money a couple of times.

Świetny kontakt z hostem, błyskawiczne odpowiedzi. Dziękuję za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania w obiekcie. Apartament bardzo duży i przestrzenny, klimatyzacja działa (cale szczęście, bo przy 35C mogłoby byc ciężko). Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Polecam serdecznie!

The apartment is more like a small palazzo. High ceilings, beautiful old architecture and a perfect location. You won't have any issues with space.. and the views from the apartment are beautiful too.

"Great traditional place to stay."

Beautiful traditional place - if you appreciate the Italianate tiles, ceilings, etc. Spacious, great location - and generally quiet even though an office exists in the building.

Beds could have been improved - creaked when you move and weren't as comfortable as could be. Furniture getting dated though still functional. Hard not to spill water the way the shower was designed. But the bagno was modernized - and overall still nice place.

"Great find"

Location is great with many coffee shops around the apartment and a good walk to sights. Property is extremely spacious and bedrooms large & comfortable. Building was safe, lift works perfectly. Front door locks secured us safely throughout our stay. All patio doors opened & locked well.

It was hard to get the hot water & cold water balanced for a shower. There was insufficient clothes hanging lines.
