Wingate by Wyndham Peoria - Complimentary Area Shuttle

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and roomy.

The staff were very friendly! They had a great little shop where you could purchase snacks/necessities if needed, and the location was sufficient for our needs. Beds were very comfortable, and the sheets appeared to be very clean. We had all the towels/wash clothes we needed and housekeeping was great about keeping things restocked.

The whole reason we chose this hotel was because of the hot tub. It unfortunately was not hot during our stay. Luke warm at best. The other thing I wasn't too particularly fond of was that the side door closest to our room didn't have a lock, so you didnt even need a key card to get in. Anyone could come in right through that side door. Lastly, as much as the sheets were clean and smelled good, the room itself gave a very outdated vibe/smell. There wasnt much water pressure and I tried calling down to the front desk via the phone in our room and the phone jack was broken and wouldn't stay in the jack port that connects the line to the phone. The rooms could definitely be updated, but overall was a decent stay. I cannot review the breakfast as we did not partake.

Pool was dirty for the entire week. Don’t think it was cleaned one time. Also pool room falling apart with black mold on ceiling

Loud guests Heard kids running through the halls all night. Had room near elevator and i could hear everyone coming and going

It was being updated. The staff was very nice.
