"An exceptional experience"

The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The hosts are wonderful people, extremely kind and always ready to provide any information you might need. They think of every little detail and you feel truly comfortable in their beautiful accomodation. The location is perfectly connected to the city centre — the bus stops right in front of the accommodation and takes you to the centre quickly. The room is beautiful, spacious, cleaned every day, and exceptionally tidy — the cleanest I have ever seen. Also, the cooked breakfast is exceptionally delicious. Thank you for everything!

"Tolle ruhige und zugleich verkehrsgünstige Lage, B&B, sehr freundlich und sehr sauber"

Hier kann man echte schottische Gastfreundschafterleben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt an einer Bushaltestelle und in fußläufiger Nähe zur Tramhaltestelle im angesagten Viertel Leith gelegen. Jeder Gast wird liebevoll , persönlich und respektvoll empfangen. Das sehr gute Frühstück kann individuell zusammengestellt werden. Es bietet für jeden Geschmack das richtige. Es wird vom unglaublich netten und freundlichen James und seiner Frau für jeden Gast frisch zubereitet und liebevoll serviert. James ist ein sehr guter Ansprechpartner bei Fragen aller Art. Gestärkt durch das hervorragende Frühstück und bei Bedarf mit Tips und Infos von James versorgt lässt sich Edingburgh auf angenehmste Art erkunden. Die Zimmer sind top-sauber, die Betten sehr bequem.

"Super Lage etwas außerhalb von Edinburgh."

Die Lage in Leith war ganz toll. Das Zimmer war schön groß.

Man musste am Eingang seine Schuhe ausziehen. Das hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst. Das war uns sehr unangenehm, in Socken durch das Haus zu laufen. Das WLAN war leider schwach. Das Frühstück war uns persönlich zu früh, zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr.

James és Dora kedvessége és közvetlensége. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés: csendes környék, kiváló tömegközlekedés. Nagyon finom, bőséges reggeli. Igazi autentikus szállás, gyönyörű virágos kerttel. A szoba minden nap takarítva volt. Otthon éreztük magunkat. Köszönjük.
