The room was nice but no one was ever there. We waited so long to check in that we started looking for other places and had messaged booking.com. They never replied on WhatsApp either. We weren’t the only ones wondering where staff were. Eventually some kids came and gave us a key and told us the owner was on the beach. Had the same issue with breakfast.
