No ascensore, stanza poco spaziosa.

Hotelliin tullessa oli ihana tuoksu, modernia ja siistiä. Työntekijä auttoi kantamaan laukkua. Ystävällinen ja hymyilevä henkilökunta, tuli tervetullut olo. Ilmastointi oli hyvä. Ikkunat pitivät hyvin liikenteen metelin pois. Aamupala oli perus hyvä. Sijainti lähellä kaikkea.

Hotellin pääsisäänkäyntiä ei ollut merkattu selkeästi ja hetken meni ymmärtää, mistä ovesta sisälle mennään. Ei ollut hissiä. Muista hotellihuoneista kuului meteliä.

It is not to the standards you think. Not luxury, very basic. Looks good but we expected better.

Dormito bene, camere silenziose e pulite, lo staff giovane, gentilissimi, cordiali e sorridenti, proti a soddisfare i propri clienti. Considero questo Hotel il mio punti di riferimento per quando vengo a Rapallo.

La vista della mia camera......... ma non sono andato in hotel a Rapallo per vedere fuori dalla finestra.

Friendly staff, we were warmly welcomed by a guy at the reception. Fresh breakfast, small but very good.

An automatic light (closet) switched on randomly and it was not clear how to shut it off, even at night.

Personnel très agréable, chambre impeccable, situé à 300 m de la plage, très bien au niveau qualité/prix

Très bon accueil. Le service de chambre et du petit déjeuner était excellent. Propreté parfaite, emplacement idéal . Le séjour s’est merveilleusement déroulé. C’était parfait.
