Location, elevator and two bathrooms. Host is responsive to inquiries.

Bed extra firm. No smart TV (unable to stream English shows). Requested tourist tax in cash, but no mention of it in the listing.

The apartment has a great location, super close to the main square with plenty of restaurants and was bigger than we expected. The washing machine was a very good addition.

We loved our stay at Heart of Sorrento. Both Antonio and Gemma answered all of our questions and were very charming. The flat is probably the best one in the city. The location is perfect, it’s near the marina and the train/bus station. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and is very well equipped. We had the most amazing time.

"Good value for money for Sorrento/ Amalfi coast"

The location was excellent, we had a very nice time in Sorrento, even though the weather was not the best. Antonio was very helpful in guiding us in regard with our trip.

Overall we were happy with our stay, except for the fact that some additional blankets would be needed in spring season. We used the AC but it was a bit strange because we had to keep the same temperature in both rooms… Also, we would recommend to have a range of basic toiletries available.
