Everything was cool

I stay here a lot. My visit before this, I was bitten by bed bugs. I checked out around 3:00 am. When I booked this time, I was told was on the do not rent list.

When I was told that I was on the do not rent list I asked why. The young man that was at the front desk was very rude. Until this problem, I had never had any problem with the staff and only had one incident with the room.

PRICE - LOCATION - ROOM SIZE - PET FRIENDLY - GYM Needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks preceding a home purchase. Because of the length of time, a microwave and full-size refrigerator were needed. Basically the options were an economical hotel like this, or one for twice the price. I liked the incredible value. Near everywhere in Catonsville we wanted to be. Close enough to Baltimore (15-20min) to go for a ballgame or just sightsee. The other customers were a colorful bunch of nice people

Half the front-desk staff were less than ... amenable. Not ideal, but also not a deal breaker because I was not expecting the Four Seasons. Basically, the male front staff needed better people skills, while the female front staff were outstanding. No elevator. If you stay on the 1st or 2nd floor, this is not a problem as both have access without climbing stairs. If you stay on the third floor and bring a lot of stuff for a long stay (as we did,) you might encounter a bit of difficulty getting your things to the third floor.

The stairs landing to second floor hallway had open slats - had to carry each little dog up.
