THE GULMARG PALACE

We had couple of days stay. The hotel is too good to stay. Abid & Muneer gave us excellent service throughout the stay. Very cooperative staff. Imran from the staff was serving us 24×7 assistance. Breakfast is too good especially Aloo Paratha. Dinner we had in Kashmiri Style & that was amazing experience for us. Aloo methi, Aloo jeera, wazwan, etc. Parking is available. Heater provided in the room. Hot bags they provide in the night which was warm full night. Triple blankets too much sufficient. Overall Stay is excellent 10/10.

Food was not great stale food served and which lead to food poisoning . lack of basic things were missing in the room , electric kettle

The blower was very small, heating was not proper. The amount paid was too high for the service received.

The room was very small and was not like anything in the pictures shown in the booking.com They gave us a very different room No balcony

Location was great not too high on mountains so cold was relatively less and the staff was very helpful. They provided us with cab facilities as well made sure we reached the property safe and secure.
