Very Nice View. Staff were Guest friendly. We were enjoyed during stay. Value for money.

The place is very cosy place and the staffs were really nice. Munir had attended us throughout the stay and took care of all the needs.

Nothing as such... overall things were smooth.

Breakfast was good even though the regular cook was not there due to Eid. Good Taxi service was available with them.

Wazwan dinner was not up to the mark. The reason owner gave was that their employees are on holiday due to Eid which is acceptable. But in final bill he charged way to much for Wazwan. When asked about it he said this less than normal. When i visited Srinagar and had wazwan dinner it was cheaper and better quality and Varity included. Even the veg dinner was served the same for 2 consecutive days and was charged way too much when he himself knows that the same dishes he served for 2 days. Eid holiday excuse is acceptable but could have adjusted the Price in final bill accordingly.

Property was very beautiful and at a very awesome location.

Courteous owners. They willake sure that you are having a comfortable stay. Owners also help in planning sightseeing in Gulmerg. Also very clean and professionaly managed property.

Didn't provide any room in the actual property they have shown here. Sent to another hotel far and the view was not as good as we expected in the original property. However the room quality was good. During the dinner we had asked several times for the menu card but their staff didn't provide and later during check-out they handed over a huge bill which was really disappointing.

Beautiful stay, good clean and hygienic rooms with hot water in the bathroom. The food is a must have, you will get delicious home made food away from home . Abid and Munir are very co operative and helpful.

It was an amazing experience to stay at Gulmarg palace. We loved the food and the way it was served.
