The property had two safes which were not working. We locked out belongings into our luggage bag, which was subsequently broken into with money being stolen. In light of this, we asked for no one to come to the apartment including the cleaner whilst we were not there the following day. We left for the day and came back to find that someone had indeed been in the apartment, with two broken wine glasses found on our rooftop. We were told the cleaner received the message too late and hence was already at the apartment. Suprisingly though the bed was unmade and the apartment was not cleaned despite the cleaner having been there. We subsequently left the apartment and asked for a refund as a result. We were refunded 1.8 nights accommodation despite having to stay somewhere else for two nights as we did not feel safe and Nox could not guarantee our safety.
