Casetta Bella Nonna Rosetta

Casetta este foarte moderna, utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie intr-o vacanta, la aproximativ 15 minute de mers pe jos de plaja. In apropiere sunt restaurante, un super market, cofetarii ,cateva pescarii, aprozare de legume-fructe. Gazda a fost foarte grijulie cu noi, ne-a ajutat cu tot ce aveam nevoie. Recomand cu drag acesta locatie, cu siguranța vom reveni daca mai calatorim in Mondello.

Nu am gasit nimic negativ la aceasta locatie🙂.

Lovely house in a friendly neighborhood, 10mins to Mondello Beach, with everything you could possibly need on your vacation. The owner even gave us a lift from and to the airport for a nice fee of 35euros. We loved our time here and would come back again any day!

Very lovely house. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, the kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was very small but had everything we needed. The house is also well located. Near to a bakery, a supermarket and some restaurants. Not far from the beach (10 minutes walking straight down the road) and the stop for the bus to Palermo. The host was super friendly and engaged. He gave us some recommendations, was always available when needed and made sure we haf everything we need. The pictures and description are accurate (only the mentioned barbecue was missing).

Lovely property, good central location, nice roof terrace and balcony on every floor. Kitchen well equipped. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Great little house. Modern and very clean. Very comfortable bed and good outdoor spaces. Easy walking to Mondello beach. Lovely bars and restaurants a few minutes away. The bus to Palermo is cheap and efficient. It takes 30mins and saved the stress of driving and parking. Leonardo is lovely. Friendly and flexible. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom is small - but wasn't a problem for us. We had nothing to complain about

Leo and his family are very kind and welcoming people. We felt at home from the first minute. Casetta is brand new, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace on the top floor to enjoy breakfast and dinner, as well as a small terrace on the ground floor. The double bed was comfy, and we slept well. There is a fish shop nearby, as well as Conad, and local tasty pastries, fresh fruits, and vegetables. The nearest beach is ~15min walk away. Knowing the bad weather back in the homeland, we would have gladly stayed another week. Hopefully, we can come visit again next year. Grazie mille!

The authenticity of the location, the terrace with amazing views, the friendly and welcoming host. The lovely little house was newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Great air-conditioning.

The house is really only big enough for two adults, max 3. The pull-out beds are in the kitchen and it is very tight once they are pulled out.
