GB- Rooms are clean and spacious, great value for what you get even as a solo traveller. Bed more comfortable than other hotels in India - Staff are so friendly (shout out Abhinash and Manoj) and helped at any opportunity, including sorting my permit for Arunachal Pradesh and showing me the local food scene - Gym just below which you can use for a small fee - Good and affordable food for room service - Very fast wifi
Location a bit far from the main part of Tezpur and bus station, however there are plenty of places to eat and shop around the local area, with a local fruit market also. A short rickshaw ride to anywhere in Tezpur

The bedding could have been more comfortable. No hot water facility for bath. Poor maintenance and cleanliness (Could find the presence of cockroaches and mosquitoes). Long power cuts at night resulted in interrupted sleep.
