Продержали нас с ребёнком час на рецепшн, с 14 до 15, а потом без извинений сказали, что номеров нет. При том, что бронирование было подтверждено и до этого общались в переписке и всё было ок. Я бы поняла ещё, если бы извинились, кондо перегружен да, но в такой хамской манере общаться, это не допустимо. Будьте осторожны!

the rooms were amazing great location

the check in desk was chaos and staff are slow the lifts were a nightmare the main pool has no loungers guests have to pay to use the rooftop pool

Location to night market, beach & plaza. Amazing views over the city. Baggage hold was great. Rooftop bar / pool is definitely worth paying the $200 dong as not included in hotel price. Good to know apartments individually owned

First of all, the room is exceptionally clean and has no unpleasant odors, which immediately made a great impression. The linens and towels were fresh, and everything was neatly arranged, showing real attention to detail.

Location was great, roof top pool is beautiful. They also had a storage room where we could leave our luggages after the checkout. Highly recommend the money exchange opposite the front desk, as they had a great rate. Rates outside were much worse. And you know, everything was super cheap. The food, coffee, the room itself… seriously for that price it’s a great value.
