The host Elena has been wonderful and she gave me the welcome like I was at home.

Fabrizio was incredibly friendly and very helpful during our stay. The apartment is an excellent location about a 5 minute walk to the historic center and outdoor markets. The room was comfortable and there is a market about a block away so we could get great ingredients to make some meals there.

There is not enough fresh air: I had read before the booking: there is no a window in the room, but there is a balcony instead. So I thought it would be enough. Nope, I was wrong. The air from the balcony was not fresh, the balcony goes inside the small space being inside the circle of the building, so it smells awful. Dust: there is renovation in the next apartment, so dust is everywhere. Bugs: we have seen two cockroaches in the appartment. Probably, they had gone from the neighbour's. Linen: it had smelled not plesant in my opinion. Hot water: we have figured out how to turn on the boiler to get the warm water, there was no instruction for this. Walls in the shower was dirty.
