From the time we arrived we had to phone multiple times to gain entry. Once inside the facilities were nothing like portrayed on the site. We were shown a room that looked like it wasn’t cleaned. Still had food in it from who knows when
ZAI liked he fact that at least we were able to lock our room, access hot water and bed was at least comfy
almost everything, the lady there wasn't welcoming at all, when we arrived, she was busy drinking her Bev by the dining area, she did not tell us where things are we had to figure out on our own, essential things were not there like bath soap for example, tea set at least none. te blinder in our room at the bathroom it ripped off you could nearly see someone outside while you are bathing. no Wi-Fi,
