Firstly the lady who answered the phone was so rude i mean you can not say "Yes" when you answering a phone while you are doing business with people, that alone showed me rudeness. she showed me the room that had bad hanging curtains and she told me its the only one left and we had to share the bathroom. i didn't agree to that because when i boked it said private bathroom and i explained to the lady that i am unable to check in as i was uncomfortable with the place.

The room appears as if it is a family living room, maybe for young adults... not cared for... curtains untidy, pool - green... TV - not connected, i had to use my own adaptor to connect it up... aircon not working... No tea and coffee... Fridge sharing a plug with the microwave - after using the microwave, i forgot to plug the frdge... Deep freeze of the fridge, was smelly... no towels provided for the guests - had to ask for them and only 1 set given... Bedroom had no lace curtain... That room may not be in this platform...
