ZAAfter we moved to the new room, everything was perfect. The pool was nice and clean. The staff was amazing.
The extra blanket was a bit stained, so we ended up using only the duvet which was not enough for both of us.

ZANoise and loud music at night ,that was totally unacceptable! The Staff could of done better ,couldn't even provide basics in the room to make tea . I think you should improve on your service delivery,make extra gate keys for your guests as well .
