It had everything we needed for our 1 week stay. Excellent location, not too busy but just a short walk from everything. It was a beautiful apartment, well decorated with plenty of towels, toilet rolls, cooking equipment. It also had a washing machine, ironing board, hair dryer and new LG smart tv. The bed was actually comfortable as was the sofa.
The only small recommendation would be an extra pillow.

Appartment ok but....
the bed was so extremely hard that we couldn't sleep in it. Had to sleep on the sofa in the kitchen. It wasn't optimal, but the alternative would have been no sleep. Would recommend getting a very soft top mattress for the bed.

Good location. Given the number of people attending the festival, 15 minutes walk to the Arena was quite decent. It has a balcony. We used to take our coffee there in the morning. We found free parking nearby, indeed.
The guest identification process was weird, and included posting a selfie. I know that identification is required by law, but I wish it was done in person, not by spending 30 minutes on a random site. The pillows were thin and soft. The balcony was dusty and the hand rail was rusty. I did not trust that kitchenware was clean. We were required to clean it at departure, so I can safely assume that this part is usually left to the previous guest. There was a separate cleaning fee (included in the price collected by the site).
