The host was brilliant! She was very helpful and kind. The location of the property is great, very close to the beach, the airport, and local shops/restaurants.

Very clean hotel and the owner provides complimentary snacks which is really nice.

Only issue was there was no towels so just remember to bring your own.

l liked everything 😀 especially the kindness of Khun Pui and Khun Kuan, they were so lovely, so helpful, so smiling and so hospitable.. Khun Pui is tour guide, travel agency, insurance broker, hotel manager, rent a car... They can help you in any way you need, kap khun mak krub 🙏 many kisses to Muffin and Black& White as well 😘

Cozy clean place. We were with children. Birds are singing in the yard. We liked it!

Everything was great , hosts are so friendly took us to the airport for free looked after us very well. They have 3/4 cats round the property that are super friendly. The locking system was very high tech and we felt very safe. Would book again and recommend to anyone !!

I’ve been traveling full time for 15 years. During this time I have stayed in countless hotels, motels, home stays, camps, and more; never once having a place of my own. On very rare occasions I find a true gem that actually FEELS like home. Phuket Best Travel is one of those gems. The rooms was clean and comfortable, the owners were very welcoming and gracious, making themselves available for whatever I needed… Honestly, I just can’t find the words to properly express how relaxed and at home I felt in their care. When I return to Phuket there isn’t any other place I would stay. It’s a comfortable taxi ride from the heart of the busy city, a casual stroll from the relaxing beaches and National Park, and surrounded by wonderful mom and pop restaurants. Im truly grateful. I know that in the end I am just another customer who has passed through their hotel, but to me I feel as though I made friends. If the owners are reading this, THANK YOU! 🙏 You have a home experience to a lonesome travel who has none of his own.

I needed a place to sleep for the night close to the airport and this place exceeded my expectations. I would have loved to stay longer. The staff is extremely kind. She picked me up from the airport and took me bck the next morning. She offered snacks and noodles coffee and tea. There are places close by to eat which are really good and very inexpensive. There was a refrigerator in my room, which I didn't open, with free water, but I didn't know, so I bought my own.
