Not pet friendly. Lack of communication and prior agreement between association and owner led to confusion over allowing the pet leading to delay in checking in and inconvenience. Likewise, enough bedsheets were not provided though we had requested in advance and one of us had to use a shawl as a bedsheet over the mattress. Additionally we were also short of a comforter.

Location, homely atmosphere, very near to temples and eateries. Lot of parking space, surrounding apartments are with decent families. Overall a quite lovely place to stay.

The care taker doesn't stay there and very difficult to get him or speak to him on phone. He arranged for a cab to drop us to alleppy. The price was exhorbitant, reckless driving, drivers behaviour was very bad and he was supported by the property contact person.

Conveniently located within a short walk to both Guruvayoor and Mammiyoor temples. The apartment is well-maintained, and the caretaker Mr Prashob is excellent. Highly recommended
