The location is not bad, can walk into Reading.

I was given the wrong keycode and it took some time to get the right one. I was given the wrong wi-fi details. The owner did not apologise in any way for these errors. The room is absolutely miniscule, about 12 foot x 16 foot plus an alcove for 'kitchen' area and a cupboard-sized shower room. It looks onto the owner's paved driveway occupied by several cars. There is no way this can be legitimately described as "lovely". There is a hot plate and microwave, no real cooking facilities. The fridge-freezer is about the size of a medium suitcase - very small for such an appliance. The description is highly misleading.

Quiet location (at least in the evening and at night), we could check in at any time from early afternoon onwards, we had everything we needed, it wasn’t far from the town centre and was good value.

The key pad outside the flat was hard to open. But we managed it in the end!
