Very comfy beds and the staff are so kind, friendly and helpful

The bed was covered in hairs, the room was so dirty.

I dont recommend it was impossible to sleep.... they put music all the night at the reception and some people did check out at 1am - 2am -4am and 5am ... how can you sleep like that ? Even if there are late checkout why do you need to put the light on and wake up everybody ? And for the Laundry they charged me 50k /kg i think they didnt do the right price anyway i paid but i saw outside that prices for 1kg were 30kg and not 50kg...... 😑 Sorry for this bad review but you really need to improve i paid and i didnt sleep.

They let me check in early when my bus arrived two hours earlier than planned, which was really nice of them. The beds are comfortable and there is a shelf and light in the bed. The location within Tam Coc is super convenient.

It was a bit difficult to communicate with most of the staff. The bike rental was a bit overpriced and it came with no lock.
