GBThe location is fantastic, tucked away on small lanes. Breakfast was exceptional, everything you could wish for! Local, organic; homemade marmalade etc.
The only thing was our friends' double bed was rather narrow, i.e. not king sized but maybe a bigger bed could not be fitted in that bedroom.

GBA serene haven in the heart of the Dorset countryside, offering a peaceful rest. The hosts were welcoming and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had anywhere in the world. We loved our room, decorated in classic country style, with a beautiful bouquet of flowers from their graden completing the ambience. We particularly liked the hosts knowledge and love of the countryside, something that shone through in everything they did. We can definitely recommend this hotel to those looking for a true countryside experience.
Road signs to the village where the country hotel is located were missing due to vandalism
GBA stunning quiet location in the countryside, with great hosts, a fab room (balcony room with huge bed) and an excellent breakfast.
We had to drive for a few minutes to the nearest pub with food, but we knew that in advance. And the Spyways pub had a beer garden with gorgeous views.
GBGBLocation was lovely. Deep in the heart of beautiful Dorset countryside. Very peaceful. House is full of character. Antique furniture, paintings, books and bedroom decor all in keeping with the historical surroundings. Ashley and Amanda were very welcoming hosts- nothing was too much trouble. Dogs delightful too.
Nothing to dislike.
