Sunny Beach Front Apartment

The link which was sent to us to provide guidance on getting the keys could have been more user friendly. The response to e-mails and phone calls from the hosts was poor which created more frustration.

The view was good.

It was not clean when we arrived. There was a problem with the geyser, we had cold showers both nights. The hosts were not accommodating for the negligence on their part.

The service. Very poor. The water pressure was low, the dstv wasn't working, there was no bbq/braaistand as indicated. The reservation on the website said 1pm check in and and 1pm check out. The lady however refused to comply and insisted on it being a glitch and that we should pay extra for checking out

We were upgraded to a beautiful unit in Chaka House because of the trouble checking in; it was fantastic!

The check in process was horrible...but we were a last-minute booking, and were upgraded because of the difficulties.

Conveniently situated near the beach. Spacious. Kitchen is well equipped.

No bathroom mats in either bathroom. Designated parking was always used by other residents.

The size and feel of the unit was nice, with the great balcony looking out over the ocean a highlight.

The washing machine was dirty and we did not want to use it (serious) . There were also no steak knives in the kitchen(more of an inconvenience).
