AUInitial impressions not so good, look awful at first glance. But the property, although old and dated, had well maintained grounds, and the room had everything needed. About as good as it could be without major renovations. This was at Panguitch in Utah about 20 or so miles from the Bryce Canyon. A nice country town with most facilities.
Obviously this motel could updated, but then would lose some of its charm and would probably be priced a lot higher. I thought okay for a 2 night stay as a base to see Bryce Canyon, but I'm not sure my partner agreed!

it was awful, rundown, in complete disrepair, broken blinds, ceiling peeling w large crack, air conditioning was one step away from Legionnaires and bathroom cramped(closet siZed) toilet seat loose and I have photos to document. Had booked two days left after first night😵💫

FRLa personne a l’accueil a était adorable. Le parking est juste devant les chambres. La chambre est sommaire mais bien pour une escale.
Le frigo était bruyant et les rideaux pas assez occultant à mon goût.
