"Average really thought room would have been better for the money !"

Food was good

No where to put clothes . Toilet seat needs attention . Shower tray doesn’t drain very well . Room boiling hot twice asked for a fan on third occasion found one .

There is no breakfast available here but the pub is super cosy and does an excellent dinner. There is a great cafe 10m from the pub for breakfast. Would fully recommend.

"Ideal way stop"

Well renovated and kept in good order. Very roomy with comfortable bedding and nice toiletries plus a bath. The connection with the hotel works well making a met al there the ideal way to finish the day.

There will always be limitations with such an old building such as noise transmission from the heavy steppers above us but it’s as good as you can expect.

"Great pub with lovely rooms"

Great pub with excellent staff & really good food. Room was so clean, big & comfy. Location is lovely - pretty little village in a great part of Cotswolds. We had a pop up cot for our toddler which worked well & the bath in the room was a nice touch. There’s no breakfast but a lovely cafe just next door which did good coffee & delicious pastries to take away. Easy to park outside.
