The Manager and the staff welcome, presentation, assist and guide.

The 4 star Hotel needs to upgrade to satisfy the guests example the towels are old with holes, reception seats are torn up and need to polish, the bar is closed, restaurant is closed except a breakfast buffet without sausages. Front sign hotel needs pressure wash, reception lights to be on daytime. The owner need to take these steps to attract new guests.
