ROThe location, close to everything. And I loved the privacy and the vibe. Especially the wiener dog artworks
The hot water ran out quickly, but understandable. Also the entrance to the garden looks a bit sketchy and smelled weird- but I don't think that's the property managers problem.

It was down a very very dark lane way to get back to at night..you would need to use your phone for light as the footpath is quite uneven..

ROROROROROThe location was very central and the studio was clean, beautiful and had everything needed. It was very pleasant to sleep in the bed, the shower looked nice as well. It was a very nice experience and I would stay here again.
It can get a bit noisy, especially during the day, as it is positioned in an inner yard where also a kitchen of a restaurant is. Also, people start talking sometimes there without realising other people are living there as well - I had to go out once to ask 2 guys to stop talking at 1 am in the morning.
