PY Suites Tagaytay

The entry process was so poor it gave a bad taste to everything else. The confirmation code and letters from Pine Suites meant nothing to the guards. We stood in a pouring rain soaking wet trying to show the guard our confirmation. They insisted on a certain form which I could not bring up on my phone because I was out of data. We went to town and got more data then came back. Had to pay extra 400 pessos to driver and he wasnt happy for so much of his time wasted. Terrible check in process. Micro wave smoked and smelled of burning wire when we tried to heat water. Sprayer in bathroom drips continuously. Pretty surroundings but lack of caring management made for very unpleasant stay. I have traveled extensively and never came across a situation where confirmation and prepayment meant nothing.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. A lot of thought and care had been put into the decor. The room size was just right for a solo traveler but the sofa bed can still accommodate one more guest. Kitchen tools and appliances are available if you plan to cook. Balcony with glass doors gives a nice view of the greenery outside.

Would be nice to have a bath towel, even for a fee. I forgot mine. Would also be nice to have bottled water available even for a fee. I couldn't leave the room to buy water as it was raining outdoors (typhoon signal #1). I understand that these things can add up to the price, hence, Im suggesting that they be made available for a fee. The caretaker can offer these during check-in.

It is perfect for relaxation. The room is very clean and has a relaxing smell from the scented candles. You can also cook your food. I will definitely come back.
