Exceptional value for money. The house has literally everything you will need, fully equipped and it is very comfortable and cozy inside. All pictures correspond to the reality. Stunning view from the balcony both to ocean side and to the mountains. Beautiful wild unguarded beach is in 5 min walking distance. Very nice transport connection to the most popular points of the island because the house is located close to the highway entrance. We enjoyed every minute of staying.

The location on Booking is incorrect, the house is located about 1.5 km to the west in Ribeira Seca. Not a problem at all if you rented a car.

Todo. Absolutamente perfecto el alojamiento, no le falta detalle de nada. De los mejores en los que he estado. El proceso de entrada super sencillo mediante caja de llaves, un jardín precioso con barbacoa, dos plantas de casa, limpieza absoluta. No le pongo un 20 porque no se puede.. espectacular

Un pavillon très calme, très grand, chambres immenses, et deux grandes salles de bain. Super cuisine très bien équipée. Un très grand jardin très agréable. Une place pour garer la voiture de location dans la propriété (quartier assez excentré, mais en voiture le port et le centre sont rapidement accessibles). Idéal pour une famille ou des groupes d'amis.

Dům i zahrada předčilo naše očekávání. Velmi pohodlné ubytování, pěkně udržovaná zahrada. Klidná lokalita. V blízkém okolí je nádherná písčitá pláž s veškerou vybaveností -sprchy, wifi, toalety. Málo turistů.

Doporučuji udělat mapu, kde dům najdete. Adresa není přesná. Museli jsme to hledat...s pomocí sousedů se podařilo.

Casa bem localizada e equipada. Tem tudo o que necessitamos para passarmos umas férias relaxadas.

First of all, it's absolutely gorgeous house, fully equipped with everything, amazingly spacious, and with beautiful green and blooming backyard with outdoor table and cows behind. Perfect for big family or company. Convenient contactless check in and check out. Exceptionally beautiful English plates and has everything (and i mean really EVERYTHING) for careless living, even full kitchen of wine and spirits. Comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. DREAM HOUSE!

There were 2 big but... . First of them is you need a car to feel comfortable about living there. This house is located in Ribeira Seca (it's important!) and is not marked on Google maps. If taxi driver is not local, be ready to catch them outside or help them to find it. Besides that, the address and map location provided on Booking.com were not accurate. Airport taxi driver was unable to find this house driving around for 30min. He became extremely rude and nervous and finally kicked us out with kid, stroller, and suitcases in Vila Franca do Campo as the house was shown on Booking.com map. Sweet locals spent about 30 min figuring out the exact address on map and brought us there. About 20min of driving! The streets around are not walkable at all with 1-2 ft narrow or no sidewalks.. Bus station, cafe, stores, beach are over 20min of walking (again with no sidewalks). There was no any food place around closer than that, even small stores. We felt very uncomfortable pushing our stroller toward moving on us cars and even buses, sometimes stopping traffic on narrow streets. Another issue was a barking neighbor's dog. It was a big german shepard. Seemed to be trained enough not to jump over a low fence but extremely nervous about anything moving around (cars, rare people, neighbors, etc.). Sometimes early in the morning and rushing every time you passed by. Fortunately, we were not afraid of dogs and very tired at the end of the day to be bothered by it. But might be an issue for sensitive people.
