Breakfast was okay compared to similar rated hotels I have stayed in.

The service was outstanding from every member of staff. So very friendly, polite, obliging and helpful. One member of staff, Kanika, exemplified the overall standard. She was exceptional throughout our stay and such a beacon of joy and warmth. Standards were high. The only very minor niggle is that the hotel is perhaps just a little further away from the centre than is ideal ( especially in the high temperatures) but they offer a very reliable and great value tuc tuc service which more than makes up for it. And be sure to see the dragon fish being fed. He is a monster. Thoroughly recommended. We had a terrific 6 days.

The sun beds were a bit aged and lacked sufficient adjustment but they are comfortable. That's my only criticism.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était excellent, très pratique pour explorer la ville. Le personnel était vraiment très sympathique et attentionné, toujours prêt à rendre service et à nous saluer chaleureusement. Que ce soit au restaurant ou ailleurs, leur gentillesse a vraiment fait la différence.

La propreté était correcte, même si certains équipements semblaient un peu vieillots. Le lit, en particulier, n’était pas très confortable, et la fenêtre fermait à peine, ce qui pourrait nécessiter une petite rénovation.

Wir hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Swimmingpool hat uns auch gefallen.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit schönem großen Pool und super Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Lage ein wenig abseits des Zentrums, aber mit TukTuk in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
