Posizione strategica ottima, a quindici minuti da Siracusa e in pieno centro di Floridia. Roberto è davvero molto gentile, ci ha aspettato alle 23.30 per effettuare il check in.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Everything was perfect. The only downside was that restaurants were limited in the area — just pizzerias. Otherwise, if you'll be visiting with a car, finding a parking space was not an issue. Supermarkets are a few minutes away by car.

Roberto is a great host! Available anytime if you needed him or needed to ask him a question. The apartment is clean, modern, and has everything you need for a stay in Floridia (Sicily) very central and close to shops and supermarket, it has a washing machine, air conditioner in every room, self contained kitchenette, a fridge, two great bedrooms. We felt very safe and secure here. We will definitely be staying here again 😊when in Sicily

Nothing! *But you probably need a car if travelling to other towns
