The location and proximity to the beach, amneties like pool and kitchen.

Top bunk is horrific. Absolutely no room to even sit up and you the heat gets unbearable with no fan or air con in the underground rooms.

Had a great time staying here and thanks so much for the post race treat! That was so thoughtful! The place was pretty clean, good location in relation to the beach and there's plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Beds were comfortable, good breakfast options, and they had a nice tv room.
