Bay view residence

Beautiful apartment with a view to die for. The kitchen is big and has all the amenities you may need including a dishwasher. The toiletries provided were beautiful. The accommodation was also clean, and we had plenty of clean towels available as well as slippers. The location was great for us as it was quiet and the Makry-gialos town was a 5-10min drive. However do note that you need a car. Mattresses pillows and bedding are fantastic and very comfortable.

The property has one air condition unit, which although powerful enough to keep the whole apartment cool, it means that you have to keep the bedrooms’ doors open while sleeping if you want to sleep in a cool room. This limits the privacy if two couples are staying, but also means that you can’t sleep in the dark as the daylight comes in from the living room. The bathroom is also a wet room and it’s completely flooded when someone is having a shower making it hard to use afterwards. As a lady, I missed not having a full length mirror anywhere in the house, or a place to do my hair and make up other than the bathroom.
