Humble dealing with the owner

Late check in because the owner was still cleaning at 4.30 p.m. Not enough mattress. Had to request and because of peak holiday season, we only got 1 mattress. No additional bedsheet or blanket or pillow Water was leaking at the kitchen from 1st floor

We come with 13pax, unfortunately only 4 room have 4 double beds and others just provided mattress, and first day not enough mattress cover and also short of pillow and blanket.

water super slow for 2 bathroom. And 1 bedroom aircon not working.

"Clean and fast response from owner"

Home is clean....owner is very fast in responding...All room got private toilet...1 room below good for elderly who have problem with walking up the staircase. Got security stationed before entering the premise...overall nice

The shower output very little water....please improve on that and overall only that is my concern....thank you.

The house is very spacious. Even though the location is a bit secluded, it was ok so long you have a car to travel around.

It would be nice if the beds were bigger. But it was alright since we only stay for a night.
