Stylish and Beautiful Condo

The property manager was on site to provide the keys. The location is in downtown Frederick.

The location is a bit sketchy, located in an odd back-area. It's essentially an old college student type apartment, and I admit that it was uncomfortable enough that I chose not to stay there that night. I did not reach out to the host after touring the apartment, and merely walked out after he left and stayed elsewhere.

The roaches that is it

Location was fantastic and the host was very nice when I picked up the keys. Parking space was close by.

Wish I had seen the previous review before staying there as it was 100% accurate. We paid for 2 nights but gave up and moved to a hotel after one night because there were cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom, and the mattress springs were all broken. TV, towels, shower curtain and bedspread all looked new but everything else was dilapidated, dirty and dingy. Frankly, nearly everything - refrigerator, oven, cabinets, sink, bathtub, furniture - looked salvaged from the town dump. Stove looked like it was from 1975 and it didn't work. All electrical things appeared to be plugged into just one or two power strips. None of the actual wall outlets worked. This seems like a fire hazard.

Location downtown, off street parking. Lots of random books provided.

Bedbugs and cockroaches. (Unit 15) Furniture looks like it was scavenged from the curb on bulk pickup day. Photos shown are conveniently blurry or from particular angles. Comically bad DYI installations and repairs. Most outlets don’t work. And bedbugs. Little dog in the next unit yapped all night long, until almost 345a. Steep steps up to a rickety but freshly painted catwalk winding around then back down another questionable set of homemade steps.
